This hip workshop will guide you through creative and challenging techniques that will create new spaciousness and stability in the hip joint, increase your range of movement, and improve your alignment in many classic postures. A combination of dynamic movements, static poses, and myofascial massage techniques using the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls will be followed by a guided iRest® Yoga Nidra practice, which will allow you to experience a state of deep, conscious relaxation.
